The model is espectacular although it is very sad that I've placed for several Times the question about the position of my order because its was a christmas gift and never received any answer from you and now you're requiring a payment in 5 days. I'm going to take the payment immediatly but is sad to received such email once it was not my fault that you never replyed back to all my emails through all the contacts you have on your web page, incluing a Portguese WhatsApp number with link also from your web page that wasn't opened or replyed.
