Lead Time:

All products marked as available are now ready and are delivered within Portugal usually in 1-2 days. Within the Europe, parcels are delivered in 2 to 4 days. Outside the Europe, delivery times may be longer. Usually the parcels are delivered in 5 to 10 days.

(Delivery is made by DHL Express and delivery times are provided by the company, so we are not responsible if delivery exceeds the number of days provided)

Returns:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days to contact our customer service and once the return has been agreed, proceed to send us the package. It is essential to notify us of the return before sending us your order. For the return to be accepted, the products must be in perfect condition as well as their packaging and include the delivery note or invoice included in our shipment. Shipping costs both to and from our warehouse will be borne by the customer.
In the event that upon receipt of your order you detect any sign of poor condition of the packaging or visible breakage of any product, you must immediately notify the delivery carrier for the record. In the event of any incident of this type, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order, as otherwise the transport agency will not be responsible for the guarantee. In any case, you must keep the delivery note provided by the carrier, in order to justify its receipt. If the damage was not visible to the naked eye, contact our customer service so that we can process the guarantee, providing us with the delivery note and photos of the status of the merchandise upon delivery.
